Strange turn of events...

I was sitting in the mac lab feeling crappy tonight when a friend called and asked me if I played the drums. I said yeah and she said her friends band has a show in an hour and they need a dummer. I listened to the songs on the way up to the show that was an hour upstate and we played a pretty good set. I may play with them on friday at this party a girl is throwing in her barn. Sounds like it could be fun.

I just finished a postcard for the School of Art and Design Auction, I dont really like the blue but I guess its not too bad. I also just got back a piece I did for the Neuberger Museum which I will try to post up later.

Week of Concerts

This week I tabled for apple at a bunch of shows. We had Skalloween on Tuesday with 'The Toasters', 'Pietasters' and 'Big D and the Kids Table' which was a lot of fun.

A great band that played on Friday was a couple from brooklyn called Matt & Kim who are amazing. They play with so much energy that it doesnt seem like they should be standing after their set.see pic below.
